Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only. We are happy to exchange any unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your order. The customer must be pre-authorized prior to sending any items back for a return. Otherwild holds the right to deny exchanges or store credit if the merchandise does not meet our return requirements. All items must have original tags and/or packaging. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping cost. Buyer is responsible for claiming orders from customs if needed, as well as any charges that may occur through customs or in the event that an order goes unclaimed and must be shipped again.
If you want to exchange one of our tee shirts or sweatshirts for a different size after authorization, please drop in the mail to us and include a note that states your name, address, email, order #, and preferred size. Please be sure to insure your package for safe arrival.
