What is your RETURN POLICY?
Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only. We are happy to exchange any unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your order. The customer must be pre-authorized prior to sending any items back for a return. Otherwild holds the right to deny exchanges or store credit if the merchandise does not meet our return requirements. All items must have original tags and/or packaging. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping cost. Any shipping questions should be directed to email@example.com. No phone calls please.
If you want to exchange one of our tee shirts or sweatshirts for a different size after authorization, please drop in the mail to us and include a note that states your name, address and your preferred size. Please be sure to insure your package for safe arrival.
All apothecary, pantry and undergarment items are final sales.
All workshops are fully refundable, as long as we receive notice of your cancellation 48 hours prior to the class.
I just ordered online, when will I receive my package?
All orders are packed and shipped within 3-5 business days of being ordered online. (this does not include items that are on preorder or backorder, which ship approximately 2-3 weeks from order). If you order items that are on preorder with regular items, we will ship your entire order together, unless you email us and request an alternate arrangement.
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Priority or First Class Mail, which usually arrives within 2-3 business days.
All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, and will generally arrive 14-45 days after shipping, although customs clearance may lead to delayed arrival. USPS First Class Mail does not include tracking, if you wish to have tracking for your international order please contact us and we can arrange your package to be sent Express for an extra fee.

Otherwild is not responsible for any customs fees that your country may charge you, but we will do our best to avoid them. Buyer is responsible for claiming orders from customs if needed, as well as any charges that may occur through customs or in the event that an order goes unclaimed and must be shipped again.
Otherwild is not responsible for USPS or other delivery services having trouble delivering your package. Otherwild is not responsible for delivery, but can provide proof of shipment if needed.
All domestic parcels are insured via USPS, and all international parcels are insured through Shipsurance. If your package is lost or damaged please read USPS or Shipsurance insurance terms and contact us to see about filing a claim.
All wholesale orders take a 2-3 week window (up to 5 weeks during the holidays) to prepare and will be shipped after this period. If you require your wholesale order faster than this, please email us at email@example.com. We will do our best to give you a fair price to expedite your order!
I live in Los Angeles, can I order online and have someone pick up my order?
YES! If you'd like to shop on our site and pick up your order, enter code "LOCAL" at checkout to avoid shipping charges.
Are you looking for new designers?
Yes, Otherwild is always looking for new designers. If you'd like to submit work for us to consider, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Include a website, or linesheet, or photos of your work. We try and write back to everyone, but that can sometimes take awhile. We can not guarantee that we will respond to you, but know that you are seen and appreciated in this community.
Can I bring work to shop for you to look at?
We do not review any work in person at the shop. If you would like to submit your work, please email email@example.com.
Do you offer wholesale?
We offer wholesale with our line of in-house designed items, as well as select collaborations. If you're interested in wholesale, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and put "wholesale" as your subject.
I saw something on Instagram/Facebook but I don't see it online. Can I buy it?
As much as we love adding things to the webshop don't always have the most recent items listed yet. Email us at email@example.com and we will help you place your order!
